In Klein Technique™ we work by connecting deeply at the level of the bone to create more ease, efficiency and clarity in movement.
It is an hour and a half class where we work slowly and deeply.
Klein Technique™ works to change movmement patterns through effecting change at the level of our deepest tissue.
The class is slow and clear and works through stretching and connecting, engaging the principles of Klein Technique™ to clearly transfer weight/ gravity to connect to and use the support of the earth.
