The OT301 has been squatted (1999) and bought (2006) by a diverse, international community that is united in an association called EHBK. We run this alternative, not-for-profit platform as a collective, in which housing, workspaces and public functions are combined to contribute to the arts, politics and subculture.

The Klein Technique™ Intensive weekend is two mornings of connecting deeply with the support of your structure, the bones. And using breath and awareness to make long lasting changes in the function of your movement.

Each session we work for three hours on slow moving exercises that work to reeducate our movement patterns so that we can work with less injury and move with more ease.
The technique is based on anatomical principles and works to bring the body into it’s most efficient alignment in relation to gravity.

The work is taught by Tiana Hemlock-Yensen who is a certified Klein Technique™ teacher who has been practicing the work for fifteen years under the guidance of Susan Klein.
Tiana is also a performer and choreographer who uses this work as an underpinning for their practices in making and moving on and off stage.

It is for anyone who would like to deepen their knowledge of their body and work to improve overall function in movement and everyday life.

This will be a two day session of Klein Technique™ that goes over a weekend.

The sessions will be 4 hours each day 10-14.00 with a small break (8 hrs in total). The intensive is both days and is €60-80 sliding scale. Please consider your priviledges and capacity when looking at payment.

If you would like to only join one day the first day will be open for that. One day only will be €35

Student or non working price for the both days is €50.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
