The OT301 has been squatted (1999) and bought (2006) by a diverse, international community that is united in an association called EHBK. We run this alternative, not-for-profit platform as a collective, in which housing, workspaces and public functions are combined to contribute to the arts, politics and subculture.

On Saturday, November 14, 2026, OT301 celebrates 27 years of art, autonomy, and community resiliencewith a daytime program ahead of its home-powered night party. Since 1999, this self-managed, non-profit collective has served as a cultural and social anchor in Amsterdam. For this anniversary, the house opens its doors to welcome neighbors, artists, and supporters to experience the building's inner life.

The celebration begins at 12:00 with a Lunch at Café Gilde, offering fresh dishes alongside drinks and background tunes.

And from 15:00h, Throughout the afternoon, visitors can wander through the building's upper floors to explore some of the open studios, meet the members, and witness experiments, performance jams, and exhibitions in the 4Bid Gallery:

CAPITALIST FOLKLORE an AV installation and performance

This daytime gathering sets the stage for the night program, which kicks off at 21:00 with a live band and a lineup of resident DJs (see night program for details and tkts).
