Unspoken: An Embodied Performance and Voice Lab

How do we connect, express, and create before language steps in?
This 3-hour performative lab invites you into pre-verbal space: using movement and non-verbal sound as core tools for communication and collective creation.
Together, we will move through:
Somatic grounding and breath: Shifting focus away from everyday habits and into deep body awareness.
Presence and space: Exploring individual and group physical dynamics through performative movement.
Vocal resonance and tone: Introducing breath and voice to deepen intuitive listening between bodies.
Collective improvisation: Synthesizing these tools to co-create an unscripted, spontaneous performance scene.
Whether you are a performer, mover, or curious explorer, this space is open to all experience levels.
