About the films:
The Dupes — The story of three Palestinian refugees searching for freedom, based on Ghassan Kanafani’s Men in the Sun. The haunting question, “Why didn’t they knock on the walls of the tank?”, underscores the devastating consequences of their desperation and the loss of agency.
When I Saw You — 1967, Jordan: 11-year-old Tarek longs to reunite with his father and discovers hope among freedom fighters.
