The OT301 has been squatted (1999) and bought (2006) by a diverse, international community that is united in an association called EHBK. We run this alternative, not-for-profit platform as a collective, in which housing, workspaces and public functions are combined to contribute to the arts, politics and subculture.

khwabgah is a culture kitchen with a South Asian heart. Started at OT301 recently, khwabgah's hope is to be a home in the making for all; but especially for the South Asian, Black, Queer and POC communities. Through homemade nourishing food to regular cultural programming, we hope to make space for our collective grief, joys, dreams and concerns. Open four days a week from Wednesday to Saturday!
